And they are sooo good and very easy to make! I did have to add a little bit more flour. I don't have non stick pans so I cooked them in my cast iron skillet which worked just fine. Also I only had skim milk, no cream. I served them with a thick slice of fresh tomato then sprinkled a little feta and drizzled a little Italian herb flavored OO and some balsamic.
