I can start that in about a week, if I'm lucky to get my computer on trac again.

So I'm wondering, does anyone have the full version of Acrobat reader, in which one can edit PDF files if allowed? I have only the free version, but it makes sense to me that we might want to edit the 'booklet' once its done and to our own personal liking.

I could create it, make it editable and forward it to someone who has the real version who could then distribute it.

Am I making sense or do I need a martini?

Sorry, can't help you either, and you are waaaay over my head here ;o)

working with PDF files.

I just did a simple MSWord format - would that work for this? People could edit/cut particular recipes if they wanted with this.

Just let me know if you'd like the "template" I used. I'll be happy to send it to you.
