Some of you might remember Evelyn from Athens who a long time ago posted on the Swap. I know her recipes to be solid and wonderful and flavorful. I've made several over the years time and time again including her almost-famous Briami and her Youvarlakia Avgolemono not to mention her Greek baked fish and her many lamb recipes. All excellent. I searched for her for a while and all of a sudden found this link to food.com where she has apparently been posting for a long time.
