Looking for a quick, easy, good, festive food item to take to a St/ Pat

What happened - supposed to read St. Pat's Day lunch for book club group

(That's not asking for much, is it?) ;o) Already on the list that others are taking are deviled eggs, beef stroganoff, green jello salads, and cornbread.

I'd like something green, but it doesn't have to be. Thinking cake with indentation of shamrock shape filled with green jello, rainbow, pot o'gold.

Now I'm just thinking of taking a black pot filled with gold chocolate coins, with a rainbow sticking out of it. No cooking, no baking. Brain freeze, help?

Brainstorming here - most of these also last-minute good to send with kids to school for parties

Not mine: green/white chocolate drizzled mini pretzels

Irish Bailey's cream coffee creamer

Store-bought (shhh) shortbread cookies frosted with cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with orange and green sanding sugar (stipes like the Irish flag)

black pot filled with Rollos, Hershey's mini bars, or gold coins

cucumber rounds topped with raitia, carrot curl on top (get it? Irish flag colors)

Not mine: green apples, sliced, with caramel("gold") dip

Vanilla Wafers with lime jello/Cool Whip dip

Not mine - mini-Ritz crackers sandwiches, spread with peanut butter (watch those allergies), then dipped in melted butterscotch chips - to make "gold" coins

Key Lime Cheesecake Bars

Melon fruit salad - cantelope and honeydew melon balls, drizzled with a lime juice and honey dressing

Limeade

All no-bake and easy. I'm a little over spending time and effort cooking/baking for people who are more aquaintances than family or friends.

Yum, looks great - wonder how good this batter would do as mini cupccakes. Nice website too. Thanks!

I'm bringing 2 Key Lime Pies to a work lunch tomorrow. I will enhance the filling with a bit of

green food coloring. sacrilege, I know. I'm making the recipe with the egg whites beaten and folded in. first time trying this one. Had to go to 2 stores for Nelly and Joe's lime juice. I have some fresh limes too.
