Looking for a way to access a list of Certified Master Chefs. Sounds easy but I can't find one.

Thanks, Gay. Went out to dinner last night and while talking with the wife of the chef, she

proudly told us that he was a CMC. We later wondered what he was doing opening a place out here in the boonies. The food is great...well cooked and well seasoned so we don't really care about his awards but I checked the list anyway.

 
CMC is an American Culinary Federation certification designation....

Here is their 'Dine with a Chef' locator but I don't know how they assemble this list, you must have to ask to be put on it or more likely pay, because there are SO many more CMCs than this. And it seems like a lot depends on you paying membership dues over and over. As long as they spend any time practicing for their test, they usually pass and get the designation. I don't ever remembering anyone not passing and the chapters that host the tests make money on it so do you start to see the issue here......
