I am looking for the technique for what was listed in Epicurious as "Cake for everyone". Payard demonstrated how to make the chocolate triangles that went on his Milk and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake, "from Payard's book Simply Sensational Desserts and step-by-step lessons from the master himself on how to create the chocolate decorations(they are as easy as they are elegant).'
