Looking for German Chocolate Cake Bars

Does anyone have a good recipe? The ones I've found by googling involve cake mixes and canned frosting. I'd love something homemade--maybe in a jellyroll pan (good cake to topping ratio!).

Thanks for any help or advice. I'm almost ready to make up my own recipe, but I can already see the resulting disaster!!
