looking for recipe for chengdu lamb

I googled but only found one that was from a source I don't recognize.

I did that and looked at lots of the sites.

One recipe, posted on multiple sites, looked right but the reviews were non-existent or not helpful. I was hoping for a T&T or something with lots of good reviews . I'm going with a curry instead because I found a gigantic cauliflower for $1.15 at Walmart. Maybe I'll try the chengdu next time I find a good deal on lamb. The broccoli I need to use up will go into a broccoli cheddar soup.

Try making popcorn cauliflower--it is delicious hot or cold. . .

and make sure you roast the pieces till they get toasty and caramelized!

Here's another delicious cauliflower idea

This actually came from the South Beach Diet but after I got off the diet I tweaked the method a bit.

Cut up and steam as much cauliflower as you want to use. Over cook it a bit.

Mash like potatoes. Add Chopped onion, butter, Half & Half, a bit of salt, pepper.

This is a favorite at our house. DH really loves it. Me too!
