Looking for some information. Several years ago I purchased a case of wine

as a gift for my DS and husband. It was from California and I think it was one of those wine of the month club deals. The unusual aspect of this was that you could send them the info you wanted on the labels. "Happy 25th Anniversary Jim and Joan" or something like that. I'd like to purchase it for someone and can't locate the winery.

Anyone know of something like this?

In fact I think someone from Gail's hooked me up with the name and address of the winery.
