Looks good: Asparagus and Cashew Chicken Stir-fry

YUM. Looks like the recipe I use... it may seem like a lot of ingredients, but it goes fast.

 
This is a standard stir-fry composition, and it's delicious. Kevin's right...

...in that any combo of meat and veggies works well with this recipe.

? about the cashews

In my recipe for pork and snow pea stir fry (epi source) it calls for cashews and they always seem to get soft, rather than crispy. How come?

 
If you're stir-frying the cashews, that's what's making them soft. This recipe just garnishes with

them after cooking the rest of the ingredients.
