P pam Well-known member May 28, 2009 #6 ? about the cashews In my recipe for pork and snow pea stir fry (epi source) it calls for cashews and they always seem to get soft, rather than crispy. How come?

M meryl Well-known member May 28, 2009 #7 If you're stir-frying the cashews, that's what's making them soft. This recipe just garnishes with them after cooking the rest of the ingredients.
