These look great Meryl. It couldn't come at a more interesting time...

...as I am working on a business plan for a venture that would market my own personal favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe as a frozen dough that is baked in commercial kitchens as a food service item.

I am excited (but guarded).

I remember using frozen cookie dough like that when I was working in a resort in Ontario. It was a very good product and *very* handy.

I wish you luck with this venture, there's competition, but it's a good market.
