Madame Wong's Cold Spicy Noodles Recipe By : Cathy Zadel

1 pound dry noodles
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce with garlic
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Cook them all the way, not al dente then douse with cold water immediately and drain as much water as you can off of them. Toss them with a few tablespoons of sesame oil and chill them. The oil will sort of coat them against the dressing.
