Made Dakota Bread twice that Cyn posted at 28010. Excellent Recipe

The first time I followed the recipe to a "T" with one exception- I could not find 7 grain cooked cereal here- had to go with a Red Mill 5 grain product so I used 1-1/4 c of it and added 1/4 cup of Bulgar. Very excellent results. This whole grain bread does not crumble or fall apart when making sandwiches of it. Good, soft inside, crunchy, nutty outside crust.

The second time I did the same thing but the recipe calls for 2T honey and I used 2T molasses instead. Really good result.

This is a very good recipe. I make whole grain breads frequently and will make this one again and again.

 
I've got to say, this Dakota bread is FAB!! I was the happy recipient of some of CathyZ's smileys/smile.gif
