Posted. And Julia recommends fried polenta with lamb stew. Just spread the cooked polenta

on a tray, then cut out with biscuit cutters. Saute in oil until browed on both sides. Serve with any stew instead of potatoes.

I like making a thin layer on a cookie sheet and then using it as the pasta for lasagna.
