topped with some leftover Bologenese sauce. It was love at first bite! What is your favorite entree to serve with polenta (either soft or fried)?

 
Posted. And Julia recommends fried polenta with lamb stew. Just spread the cooked polenta

on a tray, then cut out with biscuit cutters. Saute in oil until browed on both sides. Serve with any stew instead of potatoes.
