it is just the most wonderful recipe. Very gourmet, very little work and Delicious.

The recipe is above at #6856 - #1. I watched him on a guest appearance on Mary Ann Esposito's show and it prompted me to make it again and we loved it even more this time.

WOW, does this look elegant...I love tuna. Where did you find your tuna?

Did you cut it yourself to exact recipe specs?
Does it come out rare?

 
This does sound delicious. I like that, with the low temp, you can cook it right onto the plate.

rare in the center. I will be doing this again for a small dinner party soon. It is effortless compared to some recipes I make and the reward is fantastic.
