Made Meryls Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Swirl Fudgy Cookies

Except that I didn't have any chocolate chunks on hand, only mini rolos. No one seemed to mind. They were delicious!

Also - I used Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa

And....once I scooped them into cookie dollops I froze them in my freezer; when I was ready to bake I took them from the freezer straight into the oven. But I like my cookies thick and soft:)

If only I could take all pics outside - what a difference natural light makes:)

Last week I took a picture of a New York Crumb Cake from a Baked cookbook (looked great - tasted lousy - so dry) and it was after dinner and the only sunlight in the front or the back of the house was in our driveway. So I laid a piece of white paper on the driveway and placed the plate of cake on top of it and proceeded to lay flat in front of it to shoot a picture. I can only image what the neighbors must have thought- LOL
