I added a couple tablespoons of chopped, fresh rosemary, which I added to the mushrooms while they were cooking.

Used orecchiette for something a little 'meatier' instead of egg noodles. I used cremini mushrooms.

For the assembly, I mixed the pasta, chicken, mushrooms and sauce all together before placing in the casserole.

I have a monster box of panko, which I used instead of fresh breadcrumbs.

Minor changes, but we loved it - even my mushroom-hating son smileys/smile.gif
