Made nlb's Chicken Noodle Casserole last night. Yum!

(One tweak: I would add some salt to the sauce. Otherwise, it's perfection.)

I used to make this....

when my bf was quite ill this was a standard comfort food for him. I made it often. I even bought pre roasted chicken to do so.
I subed dry sherry for the white wine, give it a try!

I also toss in any leftover cooked vegetables I have. Real comfort food.
