Made Pat's posted Pan Roasted Chicken with Herbs and Olives at 29484 last night. Really excellent.

It was even better than I thought it would be. I pretty much followed the recipe but used more ingredients because I wanted leftovers. I ended up sprinkling Mozzarella and some Asiago over the top of the chicken before it went into the oven and that made it a real keeper for me. Thanks Pat for another winner.

 
Did you find the pit in the brined olives to be a nuisance to remove during eating?

I took a look at Pat's photo and those olives looked to be stuffed with something. I have garlic stuffed martini olives, think those will be OK?
