does anybody know of a dry onion soup that tastes as good as knorr's but with much less salt?

 
I make this too when I need something fast. I can't find Russian dressing anymore,so I use catalina

I also cut down on the jam. Add some pineapple chunks and green pepper for a fast sweet/sour chicken.

 
When I grew up this was one of my favourites!

so much so that it was called "Debbie's Chicken" in our household.

That being said - my husband DOES not like it. So I have to be content w/ fond memories:)

Ours offers all kinds of tasty low-sodium foods and mixes. She even has a low-sodium worcestershire (sp) sauce that is very good.

 
Ooooh! Something easy and delicious....

I made this for dinner tonight along with roasted red skins. Very good. I made my own Russian drsg and it turned out great. Chicken breasts were moist and very tender. I used BSchicken breasts(lg)and cut down roasting time to 45 min. Thanks for bringing this recipe to my attention. Steph
