I had seen it first on SmittenKitchen and it looked great. It is indeed delicious! It was pretty simple to put together, and my dinner guests loved it. Who knew pears and chocolate would go together so well. I served it with a little powdered sugar on top, and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's not overally sweet...and i was tempted to have a piece for breakfast. I had to bake it for 50 minutes, and I used 3 bosc pears.
