Made the Double Ginger Sour Cream Bundt Cake again last week. YOWZA! So good.

I had a slice that was days old and heated it up with a drizzle of milk poured over the top.

you tried it yet with the strawberry topping & suggested sprinkling of mint leaves? I think the addition of those puts it over the top--of course, I also included a small dip of ice cream! Can't go wrong with a bit of ice cream added to that dessert.
