Made the Garlic Fried Chicken that Pat posted last night

Whoo buddy, it is a good one. Garlic for days, nice crunchy, flavorful crust, loved the butter/garlic/parsley jolt at the end. Another really good find, Pat.

Traca requested the recipe and made it and said it was insanely delicious. I'm trying hard to turn

a blind eye to such yumminess. How long do you think I'll hold out on making it myself??? smileys/wink.gif

So I'll ask because I'm lazy like that...can I just BUY fried chicken and add the final condiments?

I don't have the heart to deal with fried chicken again.

Recipe marinates in garlic and then there's garlic in the flour dredge so it looks like

that wouldn't work-or it wouldn't be the same. ;o)

I'm not that crazy about garlic so I'm okay with skipping the preliminary blast of garlic in prep

stage. I was wondering if this was like garlic knots...where plain dough gets baked and then drenched in garlic butter. That was how I thought this recipe went.

Marilyn, if you don't like garlic, this recipe is not for you. It's the sum of its parts

That makes it so good--not just the topping. And there's garlic in every step--lots of it.
