Yesterday afternoon as I was getting ready to go run errands, I put a batch of these in using some locally grown, dried and smoked pepper blends I have. I totally forgot them until now (wish I had remembered them last night when I was worrying about the stupid fundraiser and didn't eat until 1:00am).
Anyway, they are great. I can't wait to try more versions. DD didn't particularly like them but when I mentioned doing with Italian cheeses and herbs, she liked that idea.
Definitely a keeper.
