Made these Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits last night with bar-b-q chicken and salad.

Fast, easy, fantastic, brown and melty. Now that's what I'm talkin' about!

What I don't quite understand about Ina's recipes

is why she insists on using extra large eggs!

Every other recipe i have and what I keep in my house are large eggs. Trying her recipes means doing some adjusting to compensate for the difference in amount of liquid.

Other than this one thing, I have no quibble with her.
