Made these Corn Fritters last night - delish!

They were sooo good! The only addition I made was I added a splash of buttermilk because I made the mixture about 30 minutes before I actually cooked them and it was a tad dry.

I mixed up a sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, Franks hot sauce and horseradish to drizzle over.

I limited myself to only 1 at dinner. And I am not proud of this but, before I went to sleep, I ate the remaining four. Super not proud of this but I fished them out of the kitchen waste can where I put them in an attempt not to eat them. (Hubby thought they would be soggy as leftovers).

Oooh, corn fritters. These were almost a staple of my childhood, served with

syrup. No cheese in ours. I LOVE corn fritters and you have reminded me how much I do.
I like this recipe with the sauce you did as a different take. Thanks.
