Made these to include in packages I sent out. One response was "this may be the best cookie I have

Thank you for the post. I remember reading of a "Biscoff" style cookie. . .

in ATK (or was it Cook's Country?). Any way, this sounded like what MarilynFl was looking for until the author said that they wanted to up the spice in the cookie. Man, I was hoping for a Biscoff copycat. . . I hate it when they do that. I am with Marilyn, I want to make a Biscoff at home that tastes/has same texture as the ones on the airlines.

I have saved this one and will give it a try. Thank you again!

Damn. Damn, damn, damn. I have tried countless versions of *biscoff* or speculoos and haven't

found one yet that stayed crunchy/crispy like the purchased versions.

NOW you throw down the virtual gauntlet of "best ever" and I'll be forced--FORCED, MIND YOU--to try out this recipe.

Damn. Just when my inner thighs had stopped rubbing against each other. After this they'll be able to generate enough friction to send smoke signals.
