Made these wings, again, for dinner tonight but grilled instead of roasted.

I love these wings.

I have this cookbook. I cook the wings in a hot oven until they are pretty crispy, then coat with the sauce. I have made these ahead and served as appetizers. I never thought of grilling them. I will definitely give that a try.
If you love oyster sauce, try brushing some on burgers when you are grilling them, yum!

 
I didn't. The sauce has a lot of flavor to it.

I did sprinkle them with thinly sliced green onions.

 
Why? The sauce is bottled when you use it. Bottled oyster sauce

and the other ingredients are commercially bottled also.

 
Ahhh, I don't marinate mine, I add the sauce after I have cooked the wings.

Yes, if you marinate them, you would indeed have to cook the sauce if you use it again.
