It is excellent. I would nominate it for the Hall of Fame, but it is already there. I served it with brown rice cooked in chicken broth and borracho beans. For conditments, I set out bowls of sliced green onions, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded pepperjack cheese, chipotle sour cream, regular sour cream, lime wedges, and salsa. I used canned green chiles, and a can of drained petite diced tomatoes. Everyone loved it, even the little kids. It would have been great served with warm tortillas also, but went for the rice instead.
