made this again last night, used a smidgon more chipotle, and cooked sprimp separate as several of

the reviews suggested. cooked them slightly underdone and added to corn for last three minutes or so. much crisper.

Used frozen petite corn, will definatly use fresh when it's available.

That's a great recipe...we love it. The colors are fabulous, too! I always use the fresh corn

and last time I made it, I added some cayenne pepper to the panko crumb coating for the shrimp.
