I found the recipe in my Allrecipes magazine which call for 4 eggs.
I made a small batch so I cut the recipe in two.
I think I'm going to try this again and add some of the contents of a Solo (I think that's the brand) almond filling to the batter (not almond paste). I think it will really scream almond (I'd leave out the extract)
