I made one modification, I forgot to buy a jalapeno so I upped the red chile a touch and it was plenty spicy to me. After it cooled a bit I put it in this gorgeous glass canning jar and popped it in the fridge to await my return from LA. But while it was cooling, my friend and I kept dipping spoonfuls out and can I just say YUM!
