His loss! So simple, so good! Smoke alarms kept going off and they are hooked up to electric so turned down to 375 to finish. I did as recipe suggested and topped off with butter and Dijon. Not wanting to waste the pan juices I deglazed with sherry and added some broth and shall save this to make a gravy for another time.

Threw in a couple of small tasty sweet potatoes from bothers garden. Yum!

Ah Gail....this is a T&T if it isn't already there. Have you looked inside your oven yet?

Fabulous chicken = Messy oven.

 
It really does a job on the oven!! I wonder about doing this one outside in a closed grill --

has anyone tried it?
