Made this Gingerbread Roll Cake with Lemon Cream Filling for my friend's birthday today

Thanks. I got the recipe from old Gail's. But I believe the original was from Gourmet 2002

I've made it multiple times. Garnish with candied lemon peel (usually I have some in the freezer but had to make more as I was out) and kumquat leaves (smaller than other citrus so better for garnishing) The recipe is in T & T under Cakes but I've added a photo now.
