RECIPE: Made this last night for a spontaneous neighborhood sangria get together: rec: Dessert Nachos

The weather has been so nice the last few days; It was fun to celebrate! I have made the strawberry nachos in the the past, but this time, I served it on a huge platter vs. individual servings. I was a lil worried because part of the fun is the presentation on the individual plate. (You can add height and get the wow factor). This time because of the number and the informality, I made it in a huge platter. Google images helped me with the "look". It worked out really well and was a hit. I used mini chocolate chips and crushed heath bars with some chocolate syrup drizzled on it. I made my own whipped cream w/ vanilla and added some sour cream for stability.
