Made this past week--Seared Scallops, Orange Soy glaze-Rec from Curious 1-TY!

Scallops are looking great right now-- so we've been having them quite a bit lately.

I've been making them using the CI scallop/asparagus recipe, which is quite good.. smileys/smile.gif We liked Curious' recipe a lot.

Next week, Ina's coquille st Jacques-- I've made this too, really good. rich!

Thank you, Mo, such a nice thing to say. I wish I could take credit but I get them all

from various publications. Thanks for reminding me of the scallop/asparagus recipe again. I have a tendency to keep trying new things and forget about some of the ones we liked so well.
