Scallops are looking great right now-- so we've been having them quite a bit lately.
I've been making them using the CI scallop/asparagus recipe, which is quite good.. smileys/smile.gif We liked Curious' recipe a lot.
Next week, Ina's coquille st Jacques-- I've made this too, really good. rich!
