Made this Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder tonight, it was delicious!

I used a boneless lamb shoulder, and I did use the capers. Everthing else was true to the recipe.

 
I have a half mini jar of Spanish capers in salt waiting for this recipe. I've toasted capers

for a trout dish and love them that way. That might work for the sauce.

So you went boneless. That's certainly not an infraction to the recipe. I like to follow recipes the best I can too.

The capers are chopped and just kind of blend into the sauce.

My DD (not a big eater) LOVED this, she said she just wanted to drink the sauce.LOL.
