Making Grandmas Cinnamon Rolls (lovely dough!). Proofed yeast per directions...

Samples are out of the oven...OMG!!! They are really fabulous!!
What I did different:
Cinnamon filling made with 2 Tbl cinnamon, 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cp white sugar.
Icing: 3 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cp butter, 1 tsp vanilla, dash salt, 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar.
I have most of them (30) in the fridge to bake in the morning and I froze a pan of 9 to share. So with my samples, it made a total of 43.
