Making the Chicken Chili and Barley Casserole

We have a church chili dinner tonight at the church. I've made this, smells wonderful, and although only cooked about 5 hours, tastes great, not too hot.

You're welcome, janei. I make it with low-fat chipotle chicken sausage from TJ's. Good stuff.

It's a recipe from Chef2Chef, a link posted by Anna X. I did some tweaks, and we have it often. It fits my diet!
