Making this for dinner tonight along with pulled pork sandwiches

Deb-in-MI posted this and I stumbled on it while looking for pasta recipes for my daughter. I changed too much to the whole salad to review it as is... but the dressing? The dressing is FABULOUS! I only used one clove of garlic put through a press, but the rest of the dressing I kept intact. I finally had to shoo my whole family out of the kitchen because they kept sticking their fingers into the bowl "to test" it. **eyeroll**

Highly recommend the dressing!
