1 lb ground turkey

1/4 C diced onion( I use green onion)

5 cloves garlic minced

1/2 Jalapeno minced ( if like abit spicy)

2 C salsa ( I made Sandra Lees roasted corn salad/salsa)

1 can ref beans

1 can black beans rinsed & drain

1 can 20oz ecchilada sauce or homemade

1 5oz can green chilies chopped

Taco seasoning about 3TBSP to taste and 1/2 tsp cumin

6 flour tortillas

4 C Mex cheese blend divided ( save 1 cup for the end.

Sprinckle last 1 cup over top with

2 Cups crushed tortilla chips ( on top the last 15 mins.

Let rest for 10 mins

Serve with Sour cream, olive and guacamole

Cook the meat and onion, garlic, til meat is done add in salsa, beans, ench sauce, chilies, taco seasoning heat through.

Spread 1 cup sauce on a bottom of 8x11. Take 2 flour tort, a third of meat sauce and 1 C cheese

repeat 2 times.

Cover cook 350-375 30 mins uncover sprinkle rest of cheese and the crushed tor. Bake 10-15 mins
