I used dark brown sugar because that's all I had in the house. Would use it again, though the finished result is not exactly a blondie anymore. smileys/smile.gif
And a word of warning, a knife came out clean even though they were underbaked. I'd suggest pressing on the top, looking for a little resistance instead.
