in private? Yeah, it was like that.

 
This was a dish out of 10 or more served for my cooking group. We covered the

Food 52 Genius recipes. I made the broccoli soup above, which I thought was good with it. Someone else made the polenta recipe and that was lovely too. In the future, I'd probably serve a it with oven roasted broccoli.

 
Traca (& Marilyn!) in reading the author's review I see they commented on the curdled aspect of it

That wouldn't bother me, but it got me thinking, would this be a good use for sodium citrate?

 
Over my head with that. I didn't experience the curdle, but I have with milk braised pork from

Marcella Hazan. Then, I just blitzed it and the sauce became blended again.

 
I was happy eating it with the polenta someone else served. It makes for a very bland plate, hence

the roasted broccoli. If you can imagine, it's kind of like scalloped potatoes, with chicken instead of potatoes.
