seeds, will it re-firm once in the refrigerator?
I want to make Barb in Virginia's wonderful cheddar thumbprints with pepper jelly. She had kindly sent me her jelly along with the recipe and it was phenomenal. I don't have the best track record with jellies per se, so I bought one. Only problem is it the seeds are very visible and I don't like that.
Cookies need a firm jelly and I want to give these as presents for XMas.
Geez...I just realized I could do a small test run. But I'd appreciate first hand knowledge if possible.
