Marg, How did your brioche turn out and what recipe do you use?

It is pretty foolproof. With all that butter and egg, tough not to be delicious. I am about to make

another today to compare recipes. I have 3 that I have used regularly and am curious about getting the best texture as the methods vary greatly. Then there is a bread machine effort, which I am not too excited about.

One thing though, it really must be eaten the same day.

I'll let you know when I have made this second one as I am trying to make them within remembering distance.
