did a taste test comparing it to Grey Poupon. Wow, what a difference! Now I really hate that, because the Maille is a lot more expensive here and seems to get more so all the time. I was able to buy the Grey Poupon at one of the warehouse clubs at a great price. So I'm not sure I should thank you. smileys/wink.gif

 
Yes. Much from Manitoba where there are huge open fields and unbelievable wads of sunshine.

I once mentioned this to a friend in France. She was quite indignant and told me that (little tiny) France was quite capable of producing all the mustard it needed (but alas, I suspect not enough for even 10% of its worldwide market). I mentioned this after we had just passed a counter in a large gourmet shop featuring chanterelles from B.C. Pas possible!!
