Thanks you for asking. Been overwhelmed lately and spent some of the best

(and only) days of real summer, in bed. We're still unsure of all of what is going on with me but I'm up and at the computer now.

the more I go to the doctors, the more I realize that diagnosis is a shot in the dark sometimes!

I sometimes get insights by searching a lot of sights like the Mayo Clinic. I think these days we need to be very pro-active to get results (the squeaky wheel and all that *g*).

My brother, the internist, defines "diagnosis" and "the most ecucated guess possible." It's an art,

as well as a science, and they need your input. The more information they have, the better shot they have.

Not all doctors are so willing to lift the curtain and let you participate...... that's an inherent problem.

Mistake = Malpractice = career loss by lawsuit. There ya go.

Yes, I've learned a lot from my BIL who is a GP. You have to be an active participant!
