In the ingredients, it says 1 egg. But in the direction it says "eggs." The batter seemed a bit dry, so I added another egg and it seemed fine. Just wondering...is there a typo? How many eggs do you typically use?

Ooops, just 1 egg - I fixed the typo. Sounds like it came out ok with 2?
