Marie-Helene's Apple Cake. In case anyone missed this, posted by Joe, it has become a staple

in my kitchen. I make it for others, but also just for me cuz I love it. (the rum is important)

I now make it in a savarin ring mold as it bakes quickly and evenly; it becomes a quick contribution to a dinner invitation.

Oh...we're going to need help with this one. Most of the ingredient amounts have question marks.
