I did! I sent a long PM thank you back...but it didn't send. So then I sent a "new"
one with a "short" message back and it said it went. So i thought we were good.
But now I just checked my "sent" and the second one isn't there either.

Thank you, my kind friend, for your sincere comments. I think the "burnt" flavor may have come from the unsweetened e.guittard oban wafers used to increase the chocolate percentage. They were the only "new" ingredient.
I'm happy with the truffle aspect again and appreciate your taking the caloric hit for me.
